I moved into my house a couple of years ago and immediately had some bad smells coming from the sub floor area. These guys were amazing! I'd contacted so many companies prior and these guys finally did what I needed - a comprehensive survey with clear actions! The after care has been amazing, with return visits and further investigations for any remaining odours. Rising damp on 2 internal walls was quickly confirmed as the cause after testing, and dealt with very professionally by the team at Garratts. The protection preparation was the best I have encountered. Every working area was totally sealed with plastic, with zip style doors in the plastic for access. This kept the dust created well under control and allowed us to get the house back to normal very quickly.
