bah He may have been there the next day but I will not have him on my property. We used him a few years ago for a remodeling job. We had an account set up so that our contractors could charge materials to us and they only charged for the labor and materials that weren't available locally. He tried to rip us off he charged the items at the store and then sent me a bill for the same parts. We have done that too; but when out hot water heater stopped working, we called Garrard Plumbing. He came out the next day. I hope we won't need a plumber anytime soon but when I do, I'll call Garrard Plumbing.
