Unkind, rushed, horrible experience
Day of Ultra sound Appointment got cancelled after waiting for almost 3 weeks saying doctor was sick at 7:00am. Just a day before saying appointment going ahead and need client confirmation to is appointment booking- had it done .at 6:50, reached at clinic after driving 20mins and it cancelled. Hard to predict when its getting cancel anytime or going ahead. Be prepare. Waste of time driving and energy to get there.
Don’t get your medical imaging done here if you value your time and sanity. It took me three weeks to get an appointment here and it was cancelled on the day. I had to wait another week for a steroid injection whilst in excruciating pain from my injury. To top it off, they also forgot to process my Medicare rebate. Go elsewhere!
Wonderful place. Very kind and caring and professional. Sometimes you have to wait a bit as they are very thorough. All staff are great but Jo, a receptionist, is exceptional. Truly helpful and caring with resolving any problems you might have and always with such patience. I have experienced her helpfulness the last 2 times I have been here. Highly recommend and also because if you are having an ultrasound and require an injection they do it at the same appointment so you don't have to come back.
I had a cortisone injection done under my foot there. The staff and the doctor was absolutely amazing and were very friendly and took care of me very well. I was afraid of the pain but didn’t feel a thing. Highly recommend
