Don Garramone picks and chooses jobs he wants to do. He is only interested in profit. I spent three days arranging for his inspection, as he asked, and then he blew me off. He couldn't even find my house, had to call me for directions. What contractor doesnt have GPS or use Google maps? There's a reason why he hasn't won any awards lately. Find someone else, this guy is out of touch.
