Showed up for an appointment and the place was empty…they do not have a store front in the mall anymore…seems like a scam.
I made an appointment months in advance for a special occasion. Travelled to this location in TN from out of state specifically centered around this experience. Got a reminder of the appointment. Showed up at the given location. Which was closed. Tried contacting the provided phone numbers with no answer. Very disappointed to say the least :( Pre paid, booked a reservation to show up and now no communication.
