DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do shoddy work and they lie. They cracked the slab at the back of the sink and they cut it wrong. Because it broke while taking it back, they then cut it into 3 pieces and added a middle piece when they returned. The middle piece didn't even remotely match. Their options were to 1. Try with another middle piece or 2. pay for 1/2 slab plus fabrication costs. Then they scratched my brand new sink and denied it. They still cut it wrong. Joanie is a great sales rep. She answers the phone and or calls back within a reasonable time. She is very knowledgeable with stone.

I can’t say enough about how professional Gladys is and how personable and efficient. I will be spreading her name everywhere I can with a hearty recommendation for her and the Garpa company. Five stars aren’t quite enough but that’s all they had.

We had a wonderful experience with Gladys while choosing a quartz for our kitchen. She was patient, attentive, and incredibly kind. Gladys took the time to explain the differences between various stones, making our decision-making process incredibly easy. Although I'm not one to write reviews, I felt compelled to do so for her exceptional customer service. Great selection of stones as well!
