During the installation process there was some damage done. I had the service provided at the end of May. They have yet to repair what they damaged. To make things worse, the management ignores messages, doesn't return calls and is impossible to get in touch with. Before this I would have rated them so much higher, the technicians were great. Our air conditioner was not working today, so we called Garon T Plumbing, Heating and AC; they sent Justin L, HVAC technician. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did a thorough review of our AC unit and gave us a thorough report of the problems, how they would be fixed and an estimate of the cost for repairs. It was a pleasure doing business with Justin L. Rich did a fantastic job putting in our new water heater. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeably, professional, and skilled.
