Nick was great at everything that he did for us today. He was very communicative and gave us all the information we needed seamlessly and easily. He made this whole process very easy and definitely looking forward to doing more business with him if we need.

Great company to work with! They were able to come out quickly when my AC stopped working, which I really appreciated. Todd, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Unfortunately I do need a new AC unit, but the team has been very helpful in working with me on cost and getting me scheduled quickly for installation. Highly recommend!
The High Ground Rep that came out yesterday was outstanding ! We told him what we want, he took his time and walked around our home and gave it to us straight. Gave us what the best options would be and WHY. We were able to ask him as many questions as we needed. He asked us plenty of questions about the home. Matt is super knowledgeable in his field. After meeting with him and seeing the professionalism behind this company, we made our decision that same evening to go with them.
The technician Nick was very nice and professional. He explained the issue and provided few options to fix it.
