Went to get my clasp for diamond necklace fixed . The gentleman quoted me a very fair price , was done in 10 minutes . He was so polite and I gave him a small thank you tip as well . My first time going there after having a really bad experience with Dia Amore upstairs in the mall . Will recommend Garo for future . Thank you .
I went into the store to get a few links taken out of a watch band today. I asked the gent - what would be the price? He says $15.. so I said: "Sure - go ahead." He takes the watch and in a back room. The next minute the guy says it will be $20. Come on - I wasn't born yesterday! I asked for the watch back. I don't trust this business. Fortinately, there are lots of other watch stores in the mall and vacinity.
I bought a solid gold chain from Garo, at Garo Jewellers, and it was easily the best experience I've ever had with a jeweller - Price & Quality! Since then I have returned multiple times and have gotten amazing gold pieces that will last a lifetime! Thank you, Garo!!
Bought a Seiko 5 Gene Kranz from them. Owners were super knowledgeable and very personable. Great to chat with, very upfront and honest. Would buy from them again.

Honestly so impressed with this hard working family business. Will not go anywhere else for my jewellery. Prices are great as well, highly recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!
