usually don’t leave Google reviews but I just felt that people should know that Garo Jewellers are scammers. I bought a piece I believe was gold but when I got it appraised to my surprise it ended up being stainless steel that was gold plated. Mind you the service I received was horrible to say the least. They were incredibly rude when I brought this to their attention and there was a total lack of accountability. I urge you not to buy jewelry from here. Don’t trust them, They are liars. Zero stars!
Best customer service! Two associates (male and female) helped me fix a bracelet that was from a different company and offered me a great price! I highly recommend visiting this jewelry store!
Arthur has amazing customer service and did an amazing job helping my mom and i choose a birthday gift for my dad ! He was so sweet and kind and gave us a complementary gift out of kindness. I will definitely be returning every time i need new pieces. He makes great conversation and jokes with his customers to build a good connection with them. His smile and enthusiasm is amazing.
