Went to get an ear fixed, an expensive diamond earring, and a little gold chain. That was my father’s rest in peace to him. The guy at the jewellery store insisted I didn’t need to get a screw back that a tight one would stay on and I wouldn’t lose it. It’s been two weeks and my earrings lost thanks to good customer service. Do Not leave your jewellery there to be fixed unless you agree to the ridiculous price he says and be prepared for it to be repaired poorly. I took my 7 inch,14K white gold diamond tennis bracelet to solder one piece that was loose but when I picked it up and I tried it on and it kept falling from my wrist. I mentioned it to Garo, the owner, who I left it with and he still charged me for the repair and took no responsibility and said that's the way it was.
