My fiancee purchase an engagement ring online from a popular American website. I was very careful with it, but just under 2 months of having it, 2 of the claws broke and the stone fell out. Everybody was raving about how good customer service they have here. My experience was different. Maybe because i'm only buying a $50 item. I was asking the owner if they have different color but he is rude answering and obviously wants to dismiss me right away (I just came also, so its not to say I was taking long). He was different to the other person ahead of me buying a higher ticket item. So if you don't like dealing with smaller sales then don't sell them there.
