I initially started calling this doctor’s office on 6/17/25 to schedule an appointment for my mother. At first, I called about once a week, but when I wasn’t getting any response, I increased my calls to every 1–2 days. Each time, an answering service would tell me that the doctor's office would call me back, but I never received a response. Dr. Garobedian is caring, knowledgeable doctor, who spend time to listen his patients. If you use patient porter, he answer your questions same day or next day. I definitely recommend this doctor.
I've seen Dr. Garo for a few years and have found him knowledgeable, sympathetic, and efficient. There is really nothing else you could ask for.
Don’t bother with this office !! I would give zero stars but won’t let me. So you can’t talk to anybody when you call you have to leave messages and hope they call you back. He also doesn’t take complaints seriously I had bad ankle pain he said it’s my weight but joint doc said test showed it was tendinitis and bone spurs. Leaving to find a office that cares about their patients!
They waist my two months for appointment. They don't even know current covid symptoms. Are they want new patients?
