1 * only because I have to. All gGarno properties in Lansing are crap! They oughta be condemned and torn down.
This company is a Slum Lord company. They have bought several houses in my neighborhood and they do not care who they rent to. In less than one year the properties are turning into trash/dump sites. I emailed the owner about it, ignored me. City of Lansing needs to crack down on these slumlords!!! We are the Capitol of Michigan, TAKE SOME PRIDE!!!
Total slumlord. Argumentative, degrading and slow to respond. Refused to replace furnace even though it was a unit that had a recall due to leaking carbon monoxide. Heat was out for 4 days in the middle of winter.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Total slumlord, AWFUL maintenance, rude, and they lie about EVERYTHING.
Do not rent from these people! I live next door to one of their properties and either the owner or his son wanted to threatened that he would shoot my dog all because she stepped on to the property and trying to tell me he knows all the laws. So watch out he will shoot any animals on his properties.
I don't automatically have anything against Trump supporters, but this guy (owner, Chris Garno) takes it too far, and I wouldn't feel comfortable renting from him. He puts Trump cutouts in the windows of all his un-rented properties and uses his business' homepage as a campaign for Trump, including disparaging others with more liberal views.
