I had an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. The building is so cozy and beautifully decorated and the iced coffee was delicious! Mot was so cool and kind and helped me understand the process of getting extensions and what I need to do to get to that point. I highly recommend Garnish to anyone even considering hair extensions. Over sold and under delivered. Brilliant marketing team. They clearly spend a lot of time in this sector of the hair business. Not great at color or color correction. I left with banding on my natural hair and was told no one would notice. Luxury? Meh. Not from the client side. It’s nice for sure but I wouldn’t say luxury. I loved my initial “transformation day”. Lily is amazing. She really took the time to walk me through the extension process and answered all my questions patiently. I loved how personal the experience was. You can REALLY tell how much these people love what they do. Building a trusting relationship is so important when it comes to life’s insecurities and they do just that!!
