Mr. Garnice is a very experienced and dedicated lawyer. He is proactive when dealing with his clients and does what is advisable for his clients. I would highly recommend him.
Victor was clearly outmatched by my ex-spouse's attorney and more distressing, Victor neglected to counsel me on the reality of legal fee awards in AZ family court cases. His refusal to do so was self-serving in that he got paid A LOT by me (in full and on-time with every invoice) for extensive litigation when the proper counsel, in my situation, would have been to settle. Mr. Garnice is one of the best attorneys I have ever dealt with. He is responsive to emails and phone calls, keeps you updated on everything and really takes the time to listen to all details. I have a very complicated case and never once has he given up or take a short cut. Mr. Garnice has given my case the utmost attention and as really helped save one of my children while still fighting for my other children. I could never have survived the evil in the court system with out Mr. Garnice.
