Garnet was fantastic to work with, very great at communicating and always had our best interest in mind during the whole process. As first time buyers he took his time explaining things and answering all our questions along the way. He helped us find the perfect first home and look forward to working with him again in the future
Garnet helped my girlfriend and I buy our first home and made the process as seamless and easy as possible. We both felt he was acting in our best intrest the entire time and was very patient and knowledgeable in answering all of our first time homebuyer questions. Id recommend him to anyone buying or selling.
Highly recommend this amazing realtor! Garnet worked tirelessly to sell our home for the best possible price. Would use him again in a heartbeat if we we were not leaving town! Give him a call when you decide to list your house, you won’t regret it!
Garnet was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping my buy my first home, explaining and walking me through the entire process. He was also very accommodating to work around my unpredictable schedule.
If you want an agent who acts as a true partner, hire Garnet. They are incredibly knowledgeable and maintain a high level of professionalism while being a fierce negotiator who truly went to the mats for us. Garnet listened to our goals and incorporated our recommendations into a top-notch marketing strategy—which led to us accepting an offer by day five!
