A representative from your dealer (car he was driving had a dealer plate on it from your dealer) thought it would be a good idea to give me the finger multiple times as well as make inappropriate hand gestures at me on my way to work this morning. Just wanted to let you know this is who you have representing your dealer in your car. Guy must be a really brainiac doing these things in a company vehicle. Last five of the plate 00862.
Jurgan is awesome! He saved us from being stranded on a long road trip. My check engine light came on, and he promptly got us in and the part changed out. We were back on the road with minimal interruption. He really came through and went above and beyond. Truly appreciate it.
