I had some problems with a car I bought at Garnet less than a year ago and after repeated attempts at curing the issue(s), they made a very attractive deal for me to trade in and up. Could not be happier with the dealership as this is the 5th car I've bought there!
Great place to take my car. I've never had a problem scheduling any service for me car and the reps I've dealt with have been top notch.
Bunrin is not your typical “car salesman” He really took care of us and made us feel as if we made a great purchase. He LISTENED to us and made sure to go as far as possible to satisfy our goals. The location is a bit far for us however the travel was well with worth it. We are very happy and relived with our purchase. More importantly we were happy with the experience. We got a warranty to fix any problems that come up. Charging us $100 to fix a wiper blade that we should feel is covered under warranty. They say not. Needless to say we will not be buying any cars or services from them anymore. Also won’t guarantee work.
Larry sold me a TDI, im a long time customer and everything was perfect as always.
