The front desk staff is extremely nice, and the facility feels super clean and nice.

I went to the urgent care in Monticello, and there was only one provider on duty. I waited almost two hours before leaving because there were still two patients ahead of me. For an urgent care facility, there should be more than one provider available to reduce wait times and ensure patients receive timely care.

Any time Ive gone here they’re so kind and do as much as they can. Great listeners, great bedside manner.

In my experience, this urgent care is fine for very minor issues, but I would not rely on it for anything more complicated. For a simple problem, you may be in and out without much difficulty. However, when I needed more thorough attention, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. The evaluation felt rushed, communication was lacking, and I did not have confidence that my concerns were being fully addressed. Very disappointed with the nurse practitioner Ashley Grady at this office. This was not my first negative interaction with her, and once again she came across as rude, dismissive, and uninterested in listening to concerns about my child. I understand healthcare can be stressful, but patients deserve compassion and professionalism. I don’t even trust that her diagnosis was correct and will have to bring my child back to a doctor for a second opinion.
