Very responsive, very friendly. The providers treat you like a human. My health situation was a lot for them to deal with, but they stabilized me, and then released me.

I cut my finger today with a serrated knife & I was so scared. I was welcomed in with such hospitality, I was cold & a nurse instantly got me a heated blanket and pillow. The three nurses were so sweet to me, they took care of me and were gentle and kind. Allowed me to feel the way I did without hostility, but with patience. (I was very nervous) they cared for me & were very quick. I’m extremely pleased with my visit to the emergency room today & would highly recommend anyone here. We had the best possible urgent care experience at this location. We walked right into the ER with our toddler, were immediately seen and immediately given a room. Our PA, Todd, Was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He knew exactly how to address our problem and even knew about emerging technologies in the field. He gave us the same advice (or better) than we got from our child’s general practitioner. Shadow gives antibiotics to patients with a cross allergy and only spends 15 seconds with them. Multiple complaints. I even called I got told “ I should be ok” if you cared enough about your patients you would listen. You suck shadow.

Staff is abusive to the mentality disablied. Disrespectful to patients rights and supportive family. Neglectful is an understatement. I discriped our nightmare to the New York State Justice department and it was listed as a significant . If your family's right were violated by the Staff report it! It takes a very cruel person to abuse the disabled no matter what initial are after thier name.
