The specialty doctors that my husband uses have been wonderful! However, I'm giving 3 stars due to being unable to make follow up appointments. He saw the pulmonologist in June. It's supposed to be a 6 month follow up and there's only a template up until September?? WTH
I have never had issues with this hospital for years until recently. I would definitely give them no stars if possible. I went to the ER because I wasn't feeling good at all. I told them how I felt dehydrated, was having bad headaches and felt like I was going to pass out. I usually go to Harris because it is closest to me. Garnett Catskill Regional Hospital in Harris has been attempting to murder their patients. Their x-rays are completely unreliable. Please avoid completely. Montefiore Nyack is the closest usable hospital.
This hospital would hit a 5 stars at all time if the ER change . I remembered my grandson going there about 4 months ago and he waited 6 hours . I was in agony with my back and I waited so long . It took a nurse to come in at 730 in the morning when she started her shift to ask me how was I and I told her I was in so much pain with my back and that woman came and gave me an i jection and my pain went away in an instant . I don't remembered her name but I never forgot her . ER MUST CHANGE their way
I love my cardiologist Dr. Patel. My appointments are quick and the tests are also fast.
