I hate this place it's a joke I would rather go to the vet to get treated do not go
From the moment I walked in the door and checked in with reception I was treated like I mattered, which unfortunately is not always the case in other places. Reception, the nurse and Dr. Knauer have once again proven that we patients are human and treat us with absolute respect and kindness. Dr. Knauer explained the test results with me and explained, in detail, the results of my CT Scan. I would highly recommend Dr. Knauer to my friends and family.
The specialty doctors that my husband uses have been wonderful! However, I'm giving 3 stars due to being unable to make follow up appointments. He saw the pulmonologist in June. It's supposed to be a 6 month follow up and there's only a template up until September?? WTH
I have never had issues with this hospital for years until recently. I would definitely give them no stars if possible. I went to the ER because I wasn't feeling good at all. I told them how I felt dehydrated, was having bad headaches and felt like I was going to pass out. I usually go to Harris because it is closest to me. I stumbled coming into the waiting room and trying to walk from my car to the hospital. The front desk nurse was nice and asked me questions then gave me a covid test. Garnett Catskill Regional Hospital in Harris has been attempting to murder their patients. Their x-rays are completely unreliable. Please avoid completely. Montefiore Nyack is the closest usable hospital.
