Dr. Craddock is very detailed in his explanation of the finding diagnosis. He is not one to rush surgery just because it's an option. He explains the reactive phase of what's current which will also be proactive to a worse condition. Awesome bedside manner.
Unsure of veins and how to tell compared to arthritis, etc. At no time did I feel rushed or not listened to. He explained everything, easy to talk to, and funny.Great staff too.
Great staff, great doctor! I was very nervous on my 1st visit. Dr Craddock is very informative and makes u feel relaxed during your visit... when I left I knew I was in good hands. Highly recommend
Dr. Craddock has a great bed side manner. Spend plenty of time with you in the room and explains everything. his office staff are very knowledgeable and caring. It does take awhile to get precertification because they told me the amounts that I would owe before scheduling.

I would not recommend this office. I started going to them in September of 2014 for severe swelling and pain in my legs. I went through all of the tests and was told that I need to have a procedure. Was then told that I would be caked in 4 weeks to schedule the procedure. I waited and never received a call. I called several times to follow up and was always told that the insurance clerk would call me back. Went back in 2015 and have gone through the same thing.Still have not heard from anyon
