Avalon Property Management handles everything for Garnet and they are less than worthless. After nearly two months they have not or refuse to cooperate with anyone including a buyers, realtors, or the Finance companies. This agency could not even produce valid insurance papers for the building, what they sent had expired. Yes Avalon was informed but never came up with a current insurance policy.
