Very poorly run business. The staff attitude is very bad. Called them, but get passed around and finally put on hold endlessly. I enquired on their website, and finally after an hour a guy called Tyler calls and gives me rubbish pricing and when questioned why the pricing differs so much just for an 1-1.5 hour service, he replies that's the way they do business and hangs up the phone rudely. I will never purchase or send my bike for service to these guys.
Bad experience, after getting my car it was almost impossible to get a hold of my salesperson . Would forget to call me/text back. No answers no updates . Even lied about the delivery of my rooftop. When I called the source they said usually roofs are out 2 weeks after order it’s placed . I called almost every week .until I called the source and confirmed roof had shipped and even confirmed delivery 3 weeks ago . Everyone I talked to at the dealership told me wasn’t in .
