I have been a loyal patient at this surgery for 25 years, and I have never encountered such appalling rudeness as I did today from a staff member named Helena . Despite my grieving a family loss, she was dismissive, uncaring, and completely disregarded my emotional state. The rest of the staff, especially Maria and Koula , have always been wonderful, so this was an enormous disappointment. Agree with the other comments. The receptionist is awful. Kept eating her food while stating they aren't taking any new clients when I know for a fact they have just accepted one. Their website states, family friendly which is total BS! Put a statement on your website if you're not taking new patients which from other reviews your receptionist has been stating for over 3 years! Save your time and go somewhere else!
This practice is so wonderful if you are lucky enough to be a patient? I have Dr Raj , the quintessential doctor who is attentive, is investigative, and cares for the health of his patient. I Highly recommend him. We go there as a family. It's a privilege to have them, their staff, all respectful, diligent, friendly, caring. This has been my family doctor since I was a baby. My whole family, including my grandparents, have gone there. Doctors are great - experienced and capable. However, the receptionist Koula is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. She is very dismissive and does not even listen to what you are asking before jumping in with conclusions.
