Ms. Amanda (for speech) and Ms. Julie (for OT) are truly 10/10!! We have worked with them both for our then 2 yr old (now 3) and WOW -- her speech has exploded and her motor skills and emotional regulation has improved 10x. They're extremely knowledgable and experts in their field. We tried various therapists (in both TN and CA), and Garner Therapy is hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST. Sam is the best OT ! I am a registered nurse and have interacted with many OT‘s in the past and Sam is by far the best I have ever met. She is caring and patient with my son (and me). The therapy is very practical and individualized and she builds exercises based on the child’s interests. She explains everything to us so we understand why we are doing certain exercises. Annie made all the difference in the world for our teenage grandson. Through the pandemic via teleconference, she challenged him with work and words that were on level with his age, and worked with him to master conversational speaking - a more natural approach. He is now confident to walk-up and talk with people. His smile and eagerness to engage with others is amazing! Thank you Garner and Annie!
I highly recommend Garner Therapy Services for speech therapy. Two of my children have worked with Amy Young, and they adore her. Amy engages with young children so they have fun learning and practicing, listens and addresses parental concerns, and offers schedule flexibility. We are very happy with the levels of training provided to students and guidance provided for parents.
I cannot say enough good things about Garner Speech Therapy! Rachel has worked with our 3.5 year old son for a few months, and we cannot believe the progress that has been made. They worked on specific consonant sounds as well as pronouns. Our son has enjoyed every minute of it. When I told him Ms. Rachel said he would probably be graduating soon, he was sad because he doesn't want to stop seeing her.
