Dr Michel is amazing. He and his entire staff are so courteous and kind. I needed a new prior authorization completed for my medication, and they got it approved extremely quickly. I am so happy I chose this office for my care.
Went for my first appointment and they told me they were not taking United Healthcare anymore never was notify before my appointment The receptionist was not very nice in her communication to me I heard nothing but good about this doctor but if his staff can’t be nice and professional it makes me think twice if things change
I had my new patient visit with Dr. Michel and I was extremely impressed. Everyone from the administrative team to the clinical team were so warm and professional. And the phlebotomist had the best sense of humor and was very reassuring - I did not even feel the blood draw the first time. And she was extremely apologetic when she had to do a blood draw in a different arm because my vein stopped cooperating. And what can I say about Dr. Michel?!? He was AMAZING!
