Order placed on 27/3/23 for delivery in 2-5 days. Contacted them on day 5 to find out delivery service had issues. Was offered refund or another delivery. Chose delivery as this was a birthday present to a friend. Reached out on 11/4/23 to follow up, no reply and received a refund on 14/3/23. Horrendous customer service. I live in Melbourne and ordered for Sydney. Would not recommend for any delivery services as unreliable and poor communication.

So disappointed. I ordered a few weeks back, realised the delivery was going to be early, so emailed and asked for it to go a week later. Received an email to day that would be fine. So call the recipient for their birthday and no sign of the plant. Email to follow up. Nothing. Tried the mobile number. Disconnected. Emailed again. Nothing. Left a FB message . Nothing. They took money out of my account and that's been it. Please think twice before ordering!
