I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Jorge, who was very rude during our conversation. When I requested to speak with his manager, Kim Webster, I was instead directed to another male employee who also displayed rudeness. This experience has been quite disappointing, and I plan to file a formal complaint with the board and reach out to Kim, as I believe this office needs to address its lack of professionalism.
