He was directed to continue paying back the funds by Judge. Matthew Garner is a fraud and unprofessional. DO NOT give this individual any money to do any work on your home. He recently was in jail in Lauren's country https://thegeorgiagazette.com/laurens/matthew-garner-11/ and stole $2500 from a disabled Marine Corps Veteran in Bleckley county after hiring him to finish a basement. Instead he illegally used out funds for personal matters and didn't communicate with us on anything in real time ever.
