Garner is a lifesaver! Our modular home was structurally damaged on delivery when a truck backed into it. Most companies want nothing to do with cleaning up other people's mistakes. Garner was gun ho and their bid was $40,000 lower than another companies. Price and Brennan were amazing to work with.
