Garner is a lifesaver! Our modular home was structurally damaged on delivery when a truck backed into it. Most companies want nothing to do with cleaning up other people's mistakes. Garner was gun ho and their bid was $40,000 lower than another companies. Price and Brennan were amazing to work with. Garner construction just completed a project for us. It is a covered patio plus a kitchen bar. It turned out so beautiful. The project manager Brennen and his team were all amazing.He communicated with us each step of the construction. They were flexible with some changes that I've made.
