Agreed, Terrible Company! First got a judgement against me saying I was served and I never was served or knew about this until 5 years later while attempting to sell some property. The statue of limitation had expired. The interest had been accruing during those 5 years and they wouldn't settle any of the debt and I am disable and live on disability income only. Unprofessional con artist...don’t try to settle a debt with them ... their just pimps in a suit... shady practices... no follow through...no legal documentation. I offered the company $1000 to settle. The assistant Michael said they counter offered $2300... I accepted the offer on a Monday and he told me he would check with the client and call me back on Friday to say they wanted to renegotiate for $3300. I paid the amount showing, online, I FULL on Jan 3, 2020. I received a bill by mail on Jan 13, 2020. I had a ZERO BALANCE. I owe NOTHING MORE. I owed a credit card and was unable to pay for an extended period of time. Once I was able to secure a loan for the amount owed, I contacted the credit card company to get the number where the payment should go.
