Lord thank you for grooming me for my own advocacy, the referral from Dr. Whitney Johnson and Dr. Doreen Moser, and the resources to travel to Texas for Dr. Garner. The anxiety decreased the moment we stepped foot into her beautiful office. Dr. Garner took her time explaining. The paperwork and scheduling were efficient and fun to read. I came in with a very serious condition in witch i was admitted and was told by ms gardner that i was in need of operation my condition causes my throat to sweal shut and cant breath and is life threatening she promised me she could perform the surgery and they sweet talked me out of the hospital and then poped me with the excuse that my insurance is not good enough meenwhile leaveing me no reasources and the hospital stood beside her lies as me and my girlfreand leasoned to there fake promises...
Dr. Garner is amazing!!! She made me feel so at ease when I visited her in her office for the first time and before my surgery and answered any questions I had. She was very conservative on the surgery side and didn’t do a full thyroidectomy since I only needed the left side removed. I had the best experience with her and everyone at the Medical City Surgery Center in Denton. Dr Garner is amazing! She was very thorough & took her time to explain things fully to me. Outcome was perfect. Her staff is the best! They always answer the phones!
Has changed my health drastically in a very negative way At first, I had complete trust in Dr. Garner or I would not have proceeded with surgery. Two years later and I have suffered everyday since the surgery. There is a tightness and fullness along with pain in my neck that bothers me throughout the day. I don't know if it is her lack of experience in Parathyroid surgeries, the metal markers she put in my throat (without consulting me btw) or the fact she removed small lymph nodes thinking she was removing a bad parathyroid... read more
My experience with Dr. Garner cost me a lot of time, money, and suffering. To be brief Dr. Garner missed my cancer TWICE. My life has been on pause for the past two years due to Dr. Garner. I suggest not going to her for thyroid cancer removal surgery. Dr Garner was truly a life saver. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me so that I felt informed yet comfortable. The procedure today went as planned without any issues and she along with the entire nursing staff were very nice and accommodating. I feel very blessed to have been able to have had Dr. Garner as my surgeon for my thyroidectomy.?
I have hyperparathyroidism. In 2014, Garner removed 2 of 4. She DID NOT remove the bad parathyroid resulting me to have hypercalcemia, vitamin d deficiency. I know have osteoporosis, cataracts and chronic pain. When addressing this botched surgery with Garner, she basically shrugged her shoulders at me. I'm now getting ready for a second surgery to fix this dilemma that Garner screwed up. Thanks for nothing!!!
