The lady on the crew (Rasmussen I believe) was extremely rude unnecessarily. First, upon entering to get the person, the lady said “so and so again!? As of this person is always going or a bother. (So and so is in place of the name the person going in the ambulance ) She rudely inferred that care had been delayed for the person that was going with the ambulance, saying “why’d you wait 2 hours” and when I began to explain that I had done interventions first and this person also took nap, she cut me off to say in a irritated w... read more
