Just like the other review said, the signage could be way better. The parking app advertises that it’s open 24/7, yea it’s open but won’t let you in after you park. I had to call support for them to send someone to open the door because the app wouldn’t let me open it. Waited outside for 30 mins while it was -25 Don’t park here
I’ve had good experiences parking here.
Brutal underground parkade. Signage needs improvement. I entered on a Saturday at 3pm. When I came back to go to my car, access doors were locked. Used the building access panel to contact Impark and the line went to a Bell operator who was less than friendly. Could not contact anyone for access. No other entrances to the underground parkade other than the commerical building that was locked. Returned Sunday to try and get access but still couldn't get in.
