Derek came over to troubleshoot an outdoor landscape light problem. It was a non-standard installation and I had purchased a standard 120V fixture but it turned out that a low voltage (12VAC) fixture was required. Eric located an associated transformer in the basement and was able to resolve the problem. He was professional and courteous.
