I transferred into Garn & Mason two years into having braces as a surgical patient, and everything went smoothly. I had surgery for an underbite and crossbite and was under Dr. Garn’s care for about 9 months once I was healed. The staff was always nice and accommodating. I got Invisalign here. I asked them multiple times not to shave my teeth. They said it was smaller than a piece of paper that they were taking off. I went to whiten my teeth and I have unbelievably painful sensitivity after this. I voice my concerns to them and they tell me to start using sensodyne toothpaste. I use it, no change. I’ll never be able to whiten my teeth again. After I voice this to them again, they recommend we continue with more Invisalign appointments. I say that this would include more shaving correct? Both of my kiddos have used Garn and Mason for Invisalign and braces. Highly recommend their expertise! It is always a pleasant experience and my daughter is thrilled with the result!
