I work for the company that manages many of Garn Development’s properties (hotels, assisted living and apartments) and they are an amazing owner to work with. They are patient, respectful, honest and smart. During this Covid-19 pandemic, as property incomes/values have plummeted, their true character has really shone through positively. They are a real class act.
