My daughter had a accident last night and the police called Garmans garage located on Newport Rd. just north of littiz. I was on the scene right after it happened. I cleaned up the scene and the police told me I could take the car to the house which is about a half mile from where it happened. This grumpy old man was driving the roll back and after he had it loaded I ask him to bring it to the house. RecommendedCompared to other places I have been ... the parts and labor and quality of work is FAR superior ... this is the place my car goes from now on.
We have had good service from them in the past, and we really appreciate the use of their loaner cars while ours is in the shop. However, this time the receptionist was rude and snarky to me over the phone and the quote they gave me was way off even though nothing extra was done. We'll probably use them again because it's convenient, but I'll be asking about every detail of the quote and dealing with the nasty lady who answers the phone as little as possible.
Honest and wonderful people. Always willing to work with you, if you are in desperate need of a repair. Edna the office cat is my favorite.
