Service went well as usual everything taken care of and seamless . Only odd thing that happened which my services member was also confused on, is an employee asked my wife who was there with our child to move the car forward at one point. One he could have moved himself instead of waiting for my wife to buckle in the kiddo to move it forward a few feet. Second why was he even concerned or talking to my wife when it is being serviced by y’all? Talk to your coworker who is handling it seems like what should have happened
if you want my honest opinion, you are a rip off. I should have never gone back to a dealer for repair. they are over priced, and they could not get it covered under my Endurance extended warranty. all you want is for your sales department to contact me to get a newer vehicle
this service department and sales department wanted me to pay for 60k maintenance on a vehicle that i bought from them with 63k miles, these should have been done before sale and should not have asked me to pay for it 1/2 star if i could
Not to happy because I don’t know if you guys really did anything to my truck. My truck still shakes and my app shows me that I have 19% of oil life left. I had a 2:00 appointment my truck was the last to be touched
