this service department and sales department wanted me to pay for 60k maintenance on a vehicle that i bought from them with 63k miles, these should have been done before sale and should not have asked me to pay for it 1/2 star if i could
Not to happy because I don’t know if you guys really did anything to my truck. My truck still shakes and my app shows me that I have 19% of oil life left. I had a 2:00 appointment my truck was the last to be touched
Scam. ZERO clue what they are doing! Even their notes on the service report state they called service tech for direction on what needed to be replaced. Told me my $1200 was to replace two sensors. I get my receipt back AFTER paying it shows I paid over $300 for an oil change i DID NOT approve. I stated this and she said because it was done I had to pay for it. Wouldn’t even give a 1 star. Cannot say I am impressed with the service department on my brand new car. They ordered a part and we took car in to service decided to wait since told only about Hour and a half. After 3 hours several inquiries later they had gotten the wrong part but it took 3 hours to tell us they got the wrong part! Not happy.
