We had dinner at Garlic with two friends the other night. Sam was our server. Sam was fantastic, so attentive and fun. She really matched the energy of our group and made a wonderful night even better. The drinks were great, and the food was delicious as always. Garlic is the best restaurant in Stroudsburg.

Highly recommend this restaurant! It’s beautiful inside, the cocktails are amazing, and the food is awesome as well! The Caesar salad and Black Jack appetizer was so good, the ribeye was cooked perfectly and the lobster ravioli was great and tasted so fresh! Our waitress Genamari was so friendly and did a wonderful job! As well as the rest of the staff was so nice going out of their way to welcome us and say goodnight when we left. The sticky toffee cake for dessert was delicious!! I can’t wait to go back to try more!

Everyone was very friendly. Our server was new so there was a bit of a delay with initial service, but she was good otherwise. Unfortunately, the food was just OK. We did like the Burrata small plate, my husband said the chicken Parm he had was good, but the $72 steak with shrimp that we had was subpar. I asked for medium rare and it was overcooked. The shrimp were also very small, might have been frozen. It was fine, but not anything I’d come back for.

The Drinks were very good, strawberry basil margaritas. The apps were very good, calarmari, and Fire shrimp. For entrees we had spicy honey salmon, and lobster ravioli. They were all very good, no complaints. We’ve been patrons since 2023. This is a gem is downtown stroudsburg. Our server, Gena, was very attentive, friendly, and a pleasure to have.
