Unfortunately the service was exceptionally bad. It is so rare that I leave a review, but this one had to be written. Kids menus are only provided if you ask twice. Drinks were brought out wrong, empties were left unfilled, bread was not brought out till halfway through the meal. It was only brought out after one of our group went to the kitchen door to catch our waitress for the bread, grated Parmesan and refills. We ate here on a friend's recommendation and we weren't disappointed! Great, hand made food...hot, fresh, and delicious in huge portion sizes. Suffice it to say...the leftovers didn't last a day in the fridge and the kids had eaten it all! Now THAT is an endorsement.
The only Italian restaurant that will make my favorite pasta dish, puttenesca. Unfortunately, we dropped by today (12/21/16) and the sign said, "Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are closed permanently" or something to that effect. Bummer.
