Garlands is the only place I trust, the customer service is great and so are the products. I have multiple custom rings made by them and love them.
While looking for a gemologist online for an appraisal, I called every number listed and spoke to several people. I was treated with respect by professionals in the the business. Every person I talked to...until I called Garlands. The woman I spoke was very good at being rude, in fact the only thing she was better at than being rude was being impolite. So if you are looking for a gemologist to do an appraisal, I don't have a recommendation for who you see, But I would Highly recommend avoiding Garlands.
Not impressed. Man I worked with was curt and impatient. This was a few years ago. I was having him design a ring for me. I never went back. Went to Jewelry by Design recently and they created the most awesome ring using the diamond from my late husband. They gave me the red carpet treatment!
