Helped me greatly.
I received grief counseling from Felicia here. After losing my husband of 30 years, I had no idea who I was. I didn’t know how to even get out of my house except to work. I learned there is actual work in the grief process and Felicia gave the tools to get through it. When I completed the work, I truly was able to move on.
