Dr. Ball canceled my appointment on the day of, I was having a lot of leg that I had been dealing with for several weeks now and that was what the appointment was for. Her team didn't care to offer any solutions.
Absolutely deplorable experience with Dr. Ramesh Chandean at the VA. My father, who was struggling with dangerously low oxygen levels, was outright refused an oxygen tank by Dr. Chandean. This shocking negligence forced us to rush him to the hospital, where he finally received the critical care he needed. Dr. Chandean’s refusal to act put my father’s life at risk and showed a complete lack of compassion or professionalism. Everytime I go here I am greeted by staff and treated with respect. They get me in and out quickly.
Im new to VA, like 3 weeks ago was my first visit ever. Some things are very fast like X-rays or the Emergency room. Others are much slower like getting an MRI, which i am still trying to do. Everyone I have dealt with have been professional and i feel like they doing their best in the system they work in. I have talked to more people than I can count on the phone trying to help me and many of them say they could sped up the process but they are not allowed too. In case anybody reads these, they move the entrance from one into the building on the east to the other bin of the building on the west. Just an FYI after three years, I guess they finally finished fixing it up.
