During my recent visit for routine lab work before my yearly appointment, I had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist at the lab check-in desk. She ignored me for several minutes before finally acknowledging me with visible frustration. Cant/wont do anything outside of regular check ups. Had a couple issues I wanted to talk to Dr. Mithani? About and he asked me, "what do you want me to do about it?" To which I replied, "I dont know.. you're the Dr." ..seriously? But still.. didnt surprise me really as most of the staff in this place is generally rude/short. The VA really needs to retrain/replace their receptionist. Every time I’m there they’re rude and clearly don’t want to be at work, which is fine. Everybody has hard days but to be so negative constantly is such a shame. This review will be regarding an incident I had yesterday(but have had plenty of other negative experiences).
