Here's my short story... and to start off this is my first review ever. In our economy these days I hate to see people taking advantage of other people... 2010 tundra w/ 300k miles and I knew my transmission was going out... hints why I brought it to a transmission shop because I knew what my problem was before taking it to this shop. We were told that our car was in a wreck during a test drive. They have done nothing to resolve the situation. We have had to take it upon ourselves to try and get the car fixed. They misdiagnosed the car and made us pay for their mistake. Stay as far away from this shop as possible. The managers son said that he was the owner and he only answers to God. They do not like being questioned on anything!!!

They helped me out on a last minute Mustang 6-speed transmission rebuild. They got it done when they said they would and for the price they said. Highly recommend them!
I did not have a good experience. I brought in an older 4-speed to be checked out and parts replaced if needed. I was charged $875 to replace a $20 part. The unit was not in a vehicle. At the end of the day, you're in business to either provide a service and be fairly compensated or just rip people off.
Awesome service for my sister-in-law; her truck had front-end trouble while she was working in the middle of the night; they coordinated with the wrecker driver to get the vehicle to the yard, and it was repaired before she had to work again, for a lot less than I expected.
I had Garland rebuild the transmission on my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 a while back when the truck had about 323K miles on it. I have put on approximately 85-90K since then and it was not going into 5th/overdrive so I took it back in. It was beyond their stated warranty period and mileage. They told me that it needed to be rebuilt again. This was very disappointing and frankly unacceptable. Draw your own conclusions but to get less than 1/3 what I originally got out the transmission with a total rebuild is unacceptable in my book.
Honest and very helpful. My daughter's car broke down on a Friday afternoon. And of the mechanics Went to work on Saturday which was he's day off. I highly recommend the shop. They shop is clean and the owner of course very nice.
