What a great place to sell scrap All the representatives are very helpful and polite. I hadn't been to the spot in a year or so and I found everyone, and I mean everyone to be completely awesome and helpful while I figured out the " routine." Go see them take your scrap. Great team over there.

The President of this company has absolutely ZERO customer service. I placed an order with a sales rep and asked for it to be delivered. It didn't arrive, so I called to check status. William, the President, let me know (with a strongly rude tone) that there is NO way they would deliver $250.00 order and NONE of their competition does. I tried to tell him if the sales rep had told me this was under the minimum for delivery, I would have set this up on a Courier service. He wouldn't let me get those words out. There is no understanding of time or service in here. It takes them 20 minutes for estimate on small order. Then code u one hour to have it ready. when ready we will call u. after 2 hours and no call , when I call them they say it will be ready after 2 more hours and we will call u . after 3 more hours when I called them they finally say it is ready for pick up. when I go to pick up, in 100 degree weather they send me inside wear house wait 10 minutes and no one shows up. when I go back in the office, wait for 5 more minutes... read more
