There is no understanding of time or service in here. It takes them 20 minutes for estimate on small order. Then code u one hour to have it ready. when ready we will call u. after 2 hours and no call , when I call them they say it will be ready after 2 more hours and we will call u . after 3 more hours when I called them they finally say it is ready for pick up. when I go to pick up, in 100 degree weather they send me inside wear house wait 10 minutes and no one shows up. when I go back in the office, wait for 5 more minutes... read more

This company deserved below zero stars..... I purchased square tubing for a project then I found out from a friend that they had doubled the price and overcharged me way more than every other metal supplier around. I even called other metal suppliers and they did in fact..... I guess because I'm a woman and didn't know current, fair market prices, they took advantage of me.... Garland Steel karma will come back to you. Low life snakes

I just want to say the lady that answered the phone provided the best customer service I have ever received. She was upfront by telling me they may not have it. She then called back very quickly to inform me that they did not have it but helped me get in contact with who I needed to. Great service.
