This place has new ownership!!!! It’s now called Mastercraft’s RV Center. I brought my 2010 Keystone Raptor in for a recalled transfer switch that malfunctioned. Ms. Renee got us in as quickly as possible, and from there, she became my contact person and was completely amazing!!!! I was updated at least once a day, she researched parts for me, kept me updated to our bill, spoke with our insurance assessor, and gave my husband updates as he had been out of town (he had questions I didn’t think to ask!!!) I have purchased two travel trailers now from Garlands and they both have been great! When I traded in my first one for second, it took awhile to get paperwork straight, but it all turned out great. Thank you Mr. Garland and Mr. Hayes for great travel trailers and great prices.
Bought a 2013 used RV the AC was no good and it had a water leak inside. I understand it is used and has no warranty but that's not why i am leaving this review. Its been 3 weeks and they have yet to send me my title. I cant get anyone but their 3rd party answering service which is of no help and no one will call me back. Once I get the title I will be penalized from the state of Texas for not paying the taxes on time. Military people save yourself dont work with these con artists! Pat hayes and "mr" garland I say mr very lightly because he isnt a real man at all are thieves. They will lie and manipulate you until you threaten legal action. They have absolutely NO shame in what they do. Please think 2x before buying/supporting/giving them absolutely any business.
