Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were easy to work with.
Garland worked us in at the end of the season to replace a black tank (toilet) valve … the only problem, it doesn’t work. It has never worked. We didn’t realize it didn’t work until we hit the road and didn’t dump one night. With a warranty of only 90-days, I would caution anyone having work done to check it out at a camps site nearby before putting up your rig for the season or taking a long trip.
