I am very fortunate that Garland RV was recommended to me to help me with my immediately needs and actually getting a nice starlink system put in. The technician no one that came out is excellent he's very knowledgeable down to earth and spends as much time with you as you need to make sure you understand and all the technology and I would recommend them to anyone else and certainly no one is five star top notch!
The team a garland rv were very friendly n helpful in the beginning process of our camper purchase. No hassle buying , friendly made you feel like a valued customer. But with this company your value ends when they receive your money. We could only pick up RV on weekend due to work n after paperwork was completed we were told we had to wait tell our down payment hit there bank, understandable I guess, then they said everything was good but they had to detail so we ended up having to pay someone to deliver due to the detail. My husband and I bought our fifth wheel from Garland's it's a 2016 Cardinal and we absolutely love it!. I cannot say enough about the service department and their manger Jimmy, they treated us like family. Answered all of our questions and then some lol. Scott and his helper and I apologize for forgetting your name, did a wonderful job of delivering and setting it up for the first time for us and taking us through how everything functioned.
