This gym provides classes for boxing and karate. My son was a part of their boxing training camp and has been a member for 2 months now. This is not a boxing program that you'll find at a recreation center. They follow the USA boxing guidelines and rules. My son has more confidence and discipline than he did before he started. I do wish they were a little better at communicating changes in their schedule or anything. My son tells me what's going on with any changes, which has been fine.
