Kimberly Lacey in labs was AMAZING. Very warm and welcoming and she was so efficient at withdrawing blood I didn’t even feel the prick when she inserted the needle. This is huge for me because I usually freak out around needles but Ms. Lacey was so swift that it was over before my panic could even set in.
