Horrible service from this company and will never use again. Setting up the appointment was easy and I was given a confirmation code, but that was when the problems began. The technichian called my phone at 10:37 in the morning and left a message saying he was early but would be there in 45 minutes. This was a little odd since my appointment was at 4:00.
