Achieved a great reduction on several of my commercial and residential properties. The communication and support I have received from them is truly unmatched.
I’ve been emailing and calling for weeks and I’m not getting a response. Mr O’Day sent an email response to my protest but I have questions and he won’t return my emails or calls. I believe he has closed his office. It shouldn’t be difficult to return a text or email if you don’t want to return a call.
